Guests have exclusive use of the entire 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite with no shared indoor spaces.
Please note: the property owner lives in a separate unit upstairs with its own private entrance. There are no shared areas between the guest suite and the owner’s unit.
Bed Configuration Note: Please note that the 3rd bedroom features a double loft bed. It requires climbing up and down, so we kindly ask guests to be careful when using the ladder!

Important Parking Notice:
According to Vancouver’s Street & Traffic Bylaw No. 2849, Section 20.1(b), large vehicles such as trucks over 5,500 kg or longer than 6.4 meters are not allowed to park on residential streets for extended periods. Parking is generally limited to about 3 hours, and overnight parking may be prohibited. Please plan accordingly to avoid tickets. For more information, please visit the official Vancouver website.
House Rules
## Check-In & Check-Out
Please follow the stated check-in and check-out times.
- Early check-in and late check-out must be requested at least 1–2 days in advance and are subject to availability.
- Unauthorized late check-outs may result in a charge of **$200 per hour**.
Maximum Occupancy
The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time is the number stated on your reservation.
Registered Guests & Visitors
Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Any changes must be approved by the host before arrival.
Unauthorized overnight guests will be charged **$50 per person, per night**.
Visitors must receive prior approval from the host and must leave before Quiet Hours unless they are registered guests.
Parking
Please park only in the designated parking areas outlined in the check-in instructions.
Guests are responsible for complying with all local traffic laws, parking regulations, street cleaning schedules, permit requirements, and posted signage.
Any parking tickets, towing fees, fines, vehicle damage, or other costs resulting from improper or illegal parking are the sole responsibility of the guest.
## Shoes Indoors
To help protect and maintain the cleanliness of the home, shoes and slippers are not permitted inside the house. Please remove your footwear upon entry.
## Toilet Use
Flush only human waste and toilet paper.
Do **not** flush wipes (including "flushable" wipes), paper towels, feminine hygiene products, diapers, cotton swabs, dental floss, grease, or any other items.
Guests are responsible for all plumbing repair costs resulting from improper use.
## Furniture
Please do not move indoor or outdoor furniture without prior approval.
Guests are responsible for any damage to flooring, walls, furniture, or other property resulting from moving furniture. Any approved furniture that is moved must be returned to its original location before check-out.
## Pets
Pets are **not permitted** unless specifically approved in writing before your stay.
Unauthorized pets will result in a **$1,000 penalty**, and guests will also be responsible for any additional cleaning, deodorizing, or damage repair costs.
## No Unauthorized Parties or Events
Parties, gatherings, celebrations, commercial events, or any other unauthorized functions are strictly prohibited.
Any violation may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
## Commercial Activities
Commercial photography, filming, content creation, business operations, or similar activities are not permitted without prior written approval.
## Illegal Activities
Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Law enforcement may be contacted if necessary.
## BBQ & Fire Safety
Only use BBQs or fire pits if they are listed as available amenities.
Never leave a BBQ or open flame unattended. Ensure all equipment is completely turned off after use.
## Candles & Open Flames
Candles, incense, fireworks, sparklers, and any other open flames are not permitted inside the property.
## Security & Safety Devices
Do not tamper with or disconnect smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, security cameras, Wi-Fi equipment, routers, or any other safety or security devices.
Tampering with safety equipment may result in immediate termination of your stay and additional charges.
## Windows & Doors
Please lock all doors and windows whenever leaving the property.
Do not leave windows open during rain or while heating or air conditioning is operating.
## Energy Conservation
Please turn off unnecessary lights, televisions, fireplaces, portable heaters, and air conditioning when leaving the property.
## Property Contents
Please do not remove furniture, artwork, decorations, kitchen items, linens, or any household items from the property.
## Care of the Property
Please treat the property with care and respect.
Report any spills, accidental damage, or maintenance issues immediately so we can prevent further damage.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
## Unauthorized Repairs
Do not attempt to repair appliances, plumbing, locks, electrical equipment, or other fixtures.
Please contact the host immediately if something is not working properly.
## Children
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, particularly around stairs, balconies, fireplaces, pools, hot tubs, or other potentially hazardous areas.
## Recycling & Garbage
Please follow all recycling and waste-sorting instructions provided in the home.
Guests are responsible for any municipal fines resulting from improper waste disposal (up to **$300**).
Excessive garbage left at the property may result in an additional disposal fee of up to **$300**.
## Outdoor Areas
Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum while using outdoor spaces.
## Quiet Hours
Quiet Hours are from **10:00 PM to 7:00 AM**.
Please be respectful of our neighbors. Excessive noise, especially during Quiet Hours, may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.
## No Smoking
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property and near entrances, windows, patios, balconies, or outdoor seating areas.
This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and similar devices.
Guests are responsible for all costs associated with smoke remediation, additional cleaning, odor removal, and damages, which may be charged up to **$1,000**.
## Lost Keys & Lockouts
Lost keys, garage remotes, access devices, or guest lockouts may result in replacement or service charges.
## Check-Out Responsibilities
Before checking out, please:
- Wash used dishes or place them in the dishwasher and start the cycle.
- Dispose of garbage and recycling in the designated bins.
- Turn off lights, fireplaces, and unnecessary appliances.
- Lock all doors and windows.
- Return all keys, remotes, and access devices to their original locations.
## Cancellation Policy
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept the cancellation policy associated with your booking.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your travel plans.
## House Rule Violations
Failure to comply with these house rules may result in additional charges, immediate termination of your reservation without refund, and/or removal from the property, where permitted by the booking platform and applicable law.
