Central 3BR Townhouse Near Oakridge & SkyTrain

Great location close to the train station, mall/food court, and parks. Lots of room to spread out. Quiet neighborhood, except for on-going construction, which is temporary. Nice kitchen. Private garage space.

Everything was excellent, very well taken care of, very clean, and very cozy. Also the position is very good; not far from airport and close to the Skytrain; furthermore the place for the car is really convenient. Instructions and contact with the host : perfect .

Great central location in a good neighbourhood. The townhouse is private, quiet and perfect place to wind down.

The Transit's close proximity is by far the best thing about this house, which we chose for its location and the advertised facilities, for our family's 10 day city stay, before moving on to a week on Vancouver Island. The WiFi was reliable. The house was clean, with just about enough space, facilities and consumables for our family stay. Check in was easy, and the beds were super comfy. We made good use of the modern washing machine and airer. The host responded quickly to messages, if not always as helpfully as we would have liked.

There was no welcome pack supplied to guests, to describe how appliances, or property services, worked. We felt that the kitchen and bathrooms were meanly equipped to host five guests, let alone the six it could hold. Sadly, several property features are not as advertised when we booked it. I had to request rudimentary kitchen equipment, instructions for the oven and where to dispose of waste, plus extra towels. One small bath towel and a tiny flannel was provided per guest. No spares. I asked for extra towels, since three of our party have long hair. New Ikea towels were dropped off, promptly, but they were disappointingly thin handtowels. Better than nothing, but larger bath sheets and bath towels would be much more helpful for 'full size' adult bodies. The ad says stove top, and it means a working stove top, on top of a very complex and impressive looking range oven, with no instructions supplied. It would have been useful to know this before our supermarket shop! Instead of oven instructions they sent an air fryer. They tried, I guess, but it was no use for the food we had, so we microwaved and ate in shifts. We have three children, hence booking a house to self cater and hang out at night. The sofa/armchair were a squash, even for us 5 small guests so, given the temperature, one of us always had to sit on a hard seat. The TV service was rudimentary, so we used our laptop for films. The outside terrace was very small and, despite what the ad says, has no patio furniture, so we had to sit inside the suffocating heat. The property was advertised with a hot tub, which turned out to be an ordinary bath tub. On the top floor. The three storey property is advertised as being ground floor based and accessible. It is not.
