BEDAT 1 - ARTHEZ D'ARMAGNAC

Domaine d'Ognoas is a wine estate producing Armagnac. Spread over several hectares, you'll discover unique expertise and the secrets of distillation, and you can also taste our finest vintages. Here, you'll enjoy a vast natural space between vineyards, hillsides, and fields, with hiking and cycling trails to discover the inland Landes region in a different way. On the borders of the Landes, Gers, and Lot-et-Garonne regions, this region is steeped in history, with fortified towns, castles, and other monuments to visit. At the entrance to the estate, the Pouylabrin site welcomes you to a former farmhouse that has been completely renovated and divided into three adjoining gîtes that can accommodate up to 10 people if all three are rented together. You'll be captivated by the building's historic character and the quality of the restoration, which combines old architectural elements with high-end amenities. This combination creates a unique setting for a vacation off the beaten track, or for a wellness treatment near the Barbotan thermal baths. The on-site swimming pool (8m x 4m, 1.40m deep) is shared by the three gîtes. Secured by a fence, it is open from June to September, weather permitting. Deckchairs are available. You have access to a terrace with a table and chairs. Pouylabrin 3 is a gîte designed for 4 people. Adjoining two gîtes, it has a private entrance. Arranged on two levels, it includes: - a living room with lounge (TV, Wi-Fi, wood-burning stove), dining room, and open-plan equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, sink, induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher) - two bedrooms: one queen-size bed and two single beds - two bathrooms with showers - two separate toilets - a laundry room with a combined washer-dryer. For your convenience, bed linens, towels, cleaning, water, and electricity are included. Baby equipment can be provided upon request.
