The 55 m² apartment is located on the upper floor of a historic, listed estate that was thoroughly renovated in 2024/25 with great care. Above you are the exposed historic oak beams; beneath you, the cozy warmth of underfloor heating. Day trips: Berching (15 min), Beilngries (20 min), Eichstätt (30 min), Weltenburg Abbey/Danube Gorge (45 min), Nuremberg and Regensburg are less than an hour away.
