Trade show attendees also benefit from the excellent transportation connections to Nuremberg. The stylishly furnished apartment, which sleeps up to three people, is located on the first floor of a charming two-family wooden house with separate access via an outdoor staircase. Bright rooms, elegant wooden beam ceilings, and sliding glass doors create a cozy atmosphere. The living/bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed that can also be used as a daybed, a cozy sitting area, a TV, a DAB radio, a fan, insect screens, and effective blackout curtains. The walk-in closet features ample storage space and extras such as an ironing board, iron, and clothes rack. The bathroom is modernly equipped with a shower, toilet, vanity with pull-out drawers, a makeup mirror, a shower stool, and a hair dryer. The spacious kitchen-living area offers everything you need for daily life: a fully equipped built-in kitchen with all appliances, dishes, a Nespresso machine, a microwave, and a washer-dryer, as well as an additional sleeper sofa. There is also a partially finished attic available for flexible use. Whether as a storage room, fitness area, or home office—you can customize the space to your liking. We look forward to your visit! A prepayment equal to the total price is due 10 days before arrival. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to arrange this if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are allowed. For stays of 6 nights or more, 1 fruit basket and 1 bottle of wine will be provided.
