About this house rental
Cozy vacation home, large, fenced-in property, near Allersberg—ideal for vacations or business trips to trade shows in Nuremberg—

Living area approx. 50 square meters with Wi-Fi
Lockable area for e-bikes.
Ideal for vacationers, cyclists, and trade show visitors
Beautiful biking and hiking trails
Rothsee 🚘 7 minutes, 8 km; 🚴♀️ 16 minutes
Brombachsee 🚘 30 minutes, 37 km
Beautiful towns in the area:
Schwabach, Nuremberg, Lauf, and Roth (Triathlon)
Accommodations
Our vacation rental isn’t new, but it’s very cozy and has been furnished with a lot of love.
Our guests have the little house and the property all to themselves.
If there are any problems here, Annika is right there to take care of them.
In other vacation rentals, I’ve found that while you can call the host and have a nice chat, they can’t actually help from a distance. On the contrary, they end up passing their responsibilities on to the guests. They’re supposed to take care of it themselves.
That doesn’t happen here—thanks to Annika! 🤩😃
Additional important information
You’ll enjoy undisturbed privacy within your “own four walls.” Here, you can let your mind wander.
The quiet location ensures restful nights.
Our large terrace is the perfect spot for breakfast right outside your front door, and afterward you can relax in the sun in the garden ☀️, take a trip to Rothsee, or explore nature 🌳🐿️.
The bakery is a 10-minute bike ride away. (3 minutes by car, 30 minutes on foot through the woods)
