About this villa rental
Summary:
Villa Serena is a brand new, sleek, luxurious, contemporary design villa with infinity pool, 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, sea views and ample outside living areas. The villa is situated in a secluded, very tranquil location of Carovigno, surrounded by olive & almond trees, only few km from the sea. It’s equipped with all comforts like air condition, latest kitchen appliances, heated pool, outdoor bbq and security system and furnished with design icons like Barcelona chairs or danish lamps.
The Space:
Villa Serena is composed of two buildings. The main house includes two master bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, a spacious living room with an open kitchen overlooking the garden and pool, and a storage room with a washing machine. The third bedroom is accessed from the outside and features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to entire property except storage room, technical room for the pool and the rooftop.
Additionally, all guests staying at the villa have access to our curated selection of private services and experiences, including private chefs, pizza maker, in-villa massages, yoga sessions, boat tours, wine tastings, and more—designed to make your stay truly unforgettable.
Other Things to Note:
Pool heating is available upon request before arrival. The cost is €210 per week, with any additional days at €30 per day.
Kindly note that the water temperature is influenced by weather conditions and generally reaches a few degrees above the outdoor temperature.
According to local regulations, we are required to register all guests before their arrival. This means we need your personal details and a scanned copy of your identification documents.
At check-in, you will be required to sign a rental agreement, and a mandatory tourist tax of €2 per night/guest will be charged for adults and children over 14 years old.
Check-in hours: 16:00–22:00
Late check-in (after 22:00) incurs an additional fee of €50.
