A beautiful 4-bedroom house with a swimming pool and an incredible view of the Adriatic Sea, set on a property of nearly 9 hectares with olive trees and typical Mediterranean vegetation. The property is fully fenced and located at the end of a private road. The entrance is through a secure gate. The property features a gravel driveway leading to a parking area that can comfortably accommodate 4 cars.
The house is ideally located in one of the most popular areas of Carovigno. It is just 4 km from Specchiolla Beach, 6 km from the center of Carovigno, 13 km from Ostuni, and 20 km from Brindisi Airport.
The house consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, four bedrooms, and four bathrooms. The first two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a large closet, have an en suite bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. The third bedroom has two single beds, two bunk beds, and a large closet. A bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet is located near the third bedroom. The fourth bedroom has a pull-out bed, a small closet, and an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and bidet. The house can accommodate up to 10 people.
The house is fully furnished in a modern and functional style. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with state-of-the-art amenities such as Wi-Fi, TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Wonderful vacation in Puglia!! The house is very well located. Very close to the beaches in a very quiet area. Only at 5 km from the city center of Carovigno. The house and the surroundings are similar to the pictures. The house is very well equipped and rooms have very comfortable bedding. The sea view with olive tree fields you can enjoy in the morning from the terrace is really wonderful. I thank again Susanne and Rosa for their warm welcome and the arrival package with special products from Puglia. They explained us how the house is working and recommended various restaurants and places to visit. We will definitely be coming back!! I will hardly recommend this house for wonderful family vacation…
