Welcome to Casa Sale e Mare!
Escape to a newly renovated, beachfront condo located in the gated Surf Condos complex in Surf City on Topsail Island, NC. Offering a modern coastal vibe and private beach access, this 2-story, 3rd-floor end-unit offers extra light and serenity. We provide a linen service, which ensures all linens are washed before every new guest and are included with your stay!
Please Note: This unit is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator access (roughly 42 steps to the front door).
The Space & Layout:
First Floor
Living Room: Features soaring vaulted ceilings, a TV, a comfortable seating area, a recliner, and a sliding glass door leading to the balcony.
Kitchen & Dining: Fully stocked with new cabinetry, gorgeous new countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Dinnerware is fully provided for up to 6 guests. Equipped with a drip coffee maker, glassware, and coffee mugs.
Master Bedroom: Features a queen bed, dresser storage, and a private attached half-bath.
Main Bathroom: A full bathroom located just down the hallway from the main entry.
Half Bathroom: A half-bathroom located on the other side of the full bath.
Second Floor (Open Loft)
Overlooks the main living room and balcony. Includes one queen bed and a dedicated seating area.
Outdoor Living
Private Balcony: Overlooks the zero-entry pool, with peek-a-boo ocean views and beautifully landscaped courtyard. Features Adirondack chairs and table. Perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails!
Amenities & Community Features
Private Beach Access: Just a short walk down the stairs and around the building to the private beach boardwalk. There's also a shower at the entrance of the beach access for easy rinsing off. We supply beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys for your use!
Zero-Entry Pool: Private community pool open seasonally from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Features 4 cabanas and lounge chairs. (Open May thru October 31).
Community Grilling: A charcoal grilling area with picnic tables is located near the laundry facilities.
Onsite Laundry: Newly renovated facility featuring brand-new washers and dryers operated by tokens, coins, or electronic payment.
Fitness Center: Onsite gym equipped with treadmills, an exercise bike, and free weights.
Outdoor Storage: Boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys and umbrellas are provided for our guests.
Tech & Entertainment: Free Wi-Fi and basic cable (login details provided at check-in). Please note there is no landline phone in the property.
Important Rules & Booking Policies
Check-In: Keyless pin-pad entry. Access codes will be sent to you shortly before your arrival.
Courtyard: To help preserve our community, the HOA asks that all guests please avoid walking on the grassy areas. We also ask that you stay off the sand dunes and follow all posted signs to help protect the natural environment.
Smoking & Pets: We are strictly a smoke-free and pet-free home. Smoking in the unit or on the patio will result in an additional $150.00 cleaning fee.
Parking: Gated, community parking is limited to 2 vehicles max. Parking permits must be displayed from your rearview mirror at all times; towing is strictly enforced. Boats, jet skis, trailers, and RVs are prohibited on site. Bikes are not permitted to be locked outside.
Off-Season: 2-night minimum stay. Monthly rentals are available upon request during the off-season. We will also provide a discount for longer stays. Please don't hesitate to inquire and reach out.
