It offers a balcony with stunning ocean views, a private carport with two parking spaces, and a spacious outdoor communal pool complete with a sundeck and gazebo. Inside, you'll find a washer and dryer for your convenience. The unit accommodates up to six guests, providing everything needed for an enjoyable vacation on Topsail Island. The location was great, ocean front with a balcony that had a nice table, 2 chairs, extra chairs and a swing. The walkway to the beach was very close. The kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom configuration was a little odd, but it worked for the 2 of us. Parking was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and will return to the area.

We loved this place! We didnt wanna leave when it was time to go. Check in/check lut was easy, and the property managers communicated very well throuought the entire process.

You cannot beat the oceanfront views. It was fabulous to sit on the deck and take in the beautiful Surf City. The property management communication was perfect and very helpful. The condo was exactly as stated. We look forward to returning.

Overall the property was wonderfulWe had issues with the WiFi that caused several hours of troubleshooting and issues. The owner had put in a personal router without sharing info with the reality company. Once the correct information was relayed no other issues were present.
