* OceanScape is a third-floor unit in SURF Condos, offering a tranquil retreat near Surf City's vibrant heart.
* Large, private ocean facing balcony.
* Gated, family-friendly community with tranquil setting.
* Keyless and contactless check in with individualized codes for each stay!
* No elevator access.
Outdoor Highlights:
* Private beach access within the Surf association.
* Private oceanfront balcony off the living room
* Dedicated walkway to the beach
* Seasonal Pool (Usually open Early-April through October)
* Enjoy the beachfront, gated community's amenities, including a fitness center, and grilling area.
Inside Comforts:
* Comfortable AC throughout the unit.
* Large open concept unit with plenty of space for the entire group to hang out and relax together.
* Fully stocked kitchen for meal preparation
Sleeping Arrangements:
* Memory foam King-size bed in the master bedroom.
* Loft features a queen bed and a twin bed.
* Queen-size murphy bed in the living room.
Beach Access and Amenities:
* Direct access to the beach via the Surf HOA access.
* Linens and towels provided; beach chairs recommended to bring along.

The amenities were fantastic. However, my host, Alan, was what set this place apart. He provided constant communication and was willing to accommodate any need to improve our stay. I highly recommend this location.

The condo was beautiful & had a great view. The area was quiet and peaceful. The house was clean and provided everything we needed.
