This is an older unit so definitely be prepared for that. It could use some updates esp removing all the carpet. However, it was very clean and bed was comfortable. Host was very responsive when we had an issue with the parking lot gate. We also loved that they included linens. The view is beautiful and grounds are very pretty. The pool also looked very nice. We really enjoyed our stay here!

The good: Great location, very responsive and helpful management, beautiful sunrises from the beach, and a large, kid-friendly pool (great shallow area).The bad: 1) the carpet smelled like wet dog until they came out and re-cleaned the property, 2) the molding/edging next to the bathtub was a rotted piece of wood with black mildew (they did come out and make a repair) 3) the bathtub drain plug did not seal (again, they came and made a repair) 4) there is not enough hot water to fill the bathtub - as it is nearing the top, the hot water runs out, 5) the wifi stopped working for the last 1.5 days, 6) the Keurig had mildew in the resorvoir (again they came out and fixed this issue) If I booked at the Surf Condos again, I'd go with a place that doesn't have carpet.
