Outside, guests can enjoy the covered patio with outdoor dining, BBQ, and comfortable seating area, perfect for family meals, morning coffee, or relaxing while children play in the spacious backyard.

Located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, the home is conveniently positioned close to everything families may need during their stay:
• Approximately 15 minutes to the Northern Beaches
• Around 25 minutes to Sydney CBD
• Very close to Northern Beaches Hospital
• Near schools, parks, public transport, Forestway Shopping Centre, and Glenrose Village

The property also offers convenient driveway parking and unlimited street parking, making it suitable for larger families or guests staying longer term.

Please note:
• This home is located in a quiet residential area and is best suited to families and respectful guests
• Strictly no parties, events, or excessive noise
• This property is not pet friendly, as we aim to maintain a clean and allergy-friendly environment for all guests

Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor areas. Four out of the five bedrooms will be available for guest use. Please note that one downstairs bedroom and a small number of cupboards will remain locked for the owner’s personal belongings. The garage is not available for guest use; however, there is plenty of driveway parking as well as unlimited street parking available.

While the property is professionally cleaned and maintained to a high standard, please note that some personal belongings remain in the home as the property is made available while the family is travelling overseas.
Before You Arrive
- We offer convenient self check-in so you can arrive at a time that suits you.
- Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a quick online verification through our Guest Portal.
- Once completed, you`ll receive your check-in instructions, digital house guide, local recommendations, and the option to request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and additional fees).

During Your Stay
- Our home is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, so we kindly ask that you respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
- To ensure everyone enjoys a relaxing stay, parties, events, commercial activities and excessive noise are not permitted.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property.

A Few Housekeeping Notes
- We ask guests to treat the property with care. Any damage, missing items, lost keys or excessive cleaning required after your stay may incur additional charges.
- Serious breaches of the house rules may result in your reservation being cancelled without a refund.
- If you need to cancel your booking, refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy that applies to your reservation. Please note that any applicable credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
