About this house rental
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of rooms.
4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs.
Bedroom downstairs can be setup as office or as bedroom (see details below).
2 living areas downstairs, open plan kitchen
Big ramp / yoga room (6m to 5.5m) can be available by request/extra price.
Sauna with ice bath can be organized for an extra price. Please contact me for details.
Internet speed is around 150-200Mbps
The space
there are 2 setup possible by request:
- 5 bedrooms (bedroom 5 - two single beds can be moved together as double)
- 4 bedrooms + office
Bedroom 4 can have one or two single beds)
Separate office instead of bedroom 5. Office can be setup with 1 or 2 tables and chairs. Monitor are available to connect laptop
Sauna and ice bath are available by request and extra cost. Please contact me first for detais and price.
The house if very bright and renovated.
Backyard is very private . Very queit location and beautiful surrounding

Around 12-15 mins drive to beaches (Dee Why , Curl Curl, Freshwatter)
15 minutes drive to Manly
17 minutes drive to Collaroy
25-30 minutes drive to City CBD (without trafic )
