Living room, bedroom with a double bed (standard German size: approx. 180 cm wide x 200 cm long), entryway, kitchen, and bathroom with a comfortable rain shower.
The apartment features a storage room and a covered terrace (seasonally furnished with patio seating).
The following amenities are available: dishwasher, washing machine, stereo system with USB port, Wi-Fi, satellite TV (the TV shown in the photo has been replaced with a larger one!), radio alarm clock, safe (permanently installed), oven, “Cafissimo” and coffee maker, and much more.
The vacation rental is located in a semi-detached house with a staircase and offers a lockable storage area for sports equipment.
Separate entrance, free parking. Non-smoking apartment. The fireplace is not lit (see living room photos).
