Would have been a 10 but only a 8 (read below)
Very good location. The staff from Hotel am Anker are very very friendly! Easy check-in and check-out. The house has a lot of space, and is very clean!
The evening before leaving in the morning, I wanted to show two of my friends the house, as they are also interested to book the property in the near future, however someone (landlord or staff from the Hotel) was just parking his car in the garage, he rolled down the window and didn't even greet us. Right away he said: "you booked only for one person", and I replied that I just want to show my friends (potential clients!) the house, he just nodded and continued parking his car. An unpleasant and unfriendly meet.

Exceptional
This is an incredibly spacious house with everything there from detergent to cling film to ironing board to make this a relaxed stay. Reception from the hotel opposite is friendly and supportive, any query dealt with immediately. The garage is a real plus. Location is brilliant. Great value for money- what you get is truly amazing.

Da die FeWo fast am Rheinufer ist, echt toll und gross
Riesengross und über 3 Ebenen. Man hat Alles, was man braucht! Die Sauna haben wir nicht benutzt. Aber wer es mag, hat eine dort.
Mit Rücksprache des Besitzers konnten wir nicht eindeutig herausfinden, wo der TV oder Radio Lärm herkam. Dieser Krach lief leider 24/7 und wir konnten teilweise nachts nicht schlafen. Aber es wird wohl weitere Konsequenzen geben für diesen Nachbarn.

De ruimte in het appartement is geweldig. De inrichting is perfect. De locatie kan niet beter. En een parkeergarage direct onder het appartement.

Super appartement in de oude stad
- Leuk stadje. - Accomodatie in het (oude) centrum. - Vlak bij de Rijn. - Parkeergarage onder het huis (gratis) - Heel ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien.
- Af en toe wat rumoer van de straat. - Balkon keek uit op een muur en op garageboxen. - Slaapkamer onder het dak kan erg warm worden. De airco kon het eigelijk niet bolwerken (maar het was overdag ook wel rond de 30 graden).

Insgesamt war es für uns ein sehr entspannter und erholsamer Kurzurlaub.
Das Ferienhaus ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Zimmer waren geschmackvoll mit sehr schönen Gegenständen dekoriert. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist besonders bemerkenswert. Nur wenige Meter bis zum Rheinufer und Rheinpark mit vielen Gastrobetrieben.
In der Altstadt gibt es viele leerstehende Geschäftshäuser. Einige Wohnhäuser müssten grundsaniert oder abgerissen werden. Dies trübt den insgesamt netten Eindruck erheblich.
