About this apartment rental
High ceilings like in a castle, full-surface floor heating beneath elegant hardwood flooring. You’ll be renting the entire apartment, with 78 square meters of living space, in our pet-friendly “Alter Bahnhof” in 56642 Kruft. The apartment, including all rooms, is at your disposal.
We’d be delighted to welcome you to our high-ceilinged, light-filled rooms, which have been furnished with elegant details and great care.
Wi-Fi is available in every apartment, and house-trained pets are welcome.
A projector and a smart TV are available for your use in the bedroom area.
If you’d like to organize an event or party, please let us know in advance. We’ve hosted bachelor parties and barbecue evenings here on several occasions. For such events, it’s important to us that we can speak with the other tenants in the building beforehand.
Unfortunately, the website operator Fewo-direkt.de / VRBO is experiencing connection issues with our channel manager Smoobu, which is why we’ve had to disable instant booking for all listings—since our prices aren’t synchronized across all platforms as desired.

From our vacation rental in Kruft, you can enjoy many activities, such as sightseeing at the Deutsches Eck near Koblenz, Eltz Castle, the monastery in Maria Laach, or countless wine villages along the Rhine, Ahr, and Moselle rivers. Hiking, mountain biking, swimming, and more are also possible right nearby!

A note about the accommodation: Pictures say more than 1,000 words...
There are plenty of towels available. We change the bed linens before every stay.
Minor renovation work is currently taking place on the first floor during the day, so you may hear some typical construction noise.
If you’d like to check in earlier than 3:00 PM, please let us know so we can arrange for cleaning accordingly.

1x baby/child extra bed – 1 guest (baby/child up to 3 years old)
Upon arrival, we ask that you provide a flat-rate security deposit of €150.00, which will be refunded to you automatically upon the proper return of the apartment.
Longer stays in one of our lovingly designed apartments in the “Old Kruft Train Station Building” are possible—feel free to send us an inquiry!
About the surrounding area (for when you’re out and about):
Kruft is located directly on the A61 and also has its own train station, which is still regularly used for passenger service.
From there, you can easily reach nearby towns such as Andernach, Mendig, Mayen, and Koblenz.
Free parking is available right in front of the building and in public areas nearby.
Plaidt & Kretz are home to the best milk ice cream (Lung’s Eis)—an opportunity not to be missed.
From Kruft, you can quickly reach Lake Laach (nature reserve), Andernach and Mayen (the nearest major cities), or Kobern-Gondorf (on the Moselle).
Koblenz is about 15–20 minutes away by car (

Great place and location. It would have been helpful to know that “sleeps four adults” means “sleeps four adults in the same room, in one queen bed, one full and one single bed.”
