• The villa price includes 16 people. For large groups of 17 to 30 people, a supplement of €30 per person per day will be added.

• What about the security deposit? No surprises! The rules are clear and provided before your stay



🔊 Cocktails, dinner, evening activities... and noise disturbances. Since the nearest neighbors are 300 meters away, there are no restrictions on music volume when you’re INSIDE the house, as long as the doors and windows are securely closed! Bringing your own speakers is strictly prohibited. Outdoors, you can have lunch, enjoy drinks, have dinner, or relax by the pool... but no music or microphones, day or night! Outdoor noise levels must be limited to 90 dB (the noise of a lawn mower) so as not to disturb others. Check out our FAQ to learn more.
