La Durantie - Villas avec piscine

We were a large group (attending a wedding nearby), and so split across several villas in the same block. This set up worked well for us, as each room had its own bathroom and overall we had more space, but we were still all close together. The villas are exactly as pictured, and are very clean (including the pool). The gardens and scenery are lovely and Durantie is in a great location to visit nearby towns. The communication prior to and during our stay with the owner was very good and we had a group dinner on the first night which was delicious and great value.

Minor improvements would be having hand soap in all the bathrooms, and a small carton of milk and water in the villas for arrival (for those who haven’t had the opportunity to go to the shop before arriving).

Die Lage, die Stille, das wahnsinnig tolle Haus, der Pool und die Privatsphäre, würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Und dass Hunde erlaubt sind, ist einfach toll!

Maison (n°16) spacieuse. La climatisation a été très appréciée lors des journées canicules, tout comme la piscine. Equipement général correct.

Propreté pas au niveau de ce que l'on peut attendre de ce type de logement 4*. Poêle avec une partie du revêtement anti-adhérent complètement disparue par grattage, sol de la douche à italienne plein de savon incrusté dans les joints de la mosaïque, barbecue extrêmement sale et bon pour la déchetterie. Plusieurs ampoules HS (piscine ;-( , plafond, applique). Jardin non clôturé ou pas suffisant haut pour éviter qu'un chien de taille moyenne ne saute par dessus. Fonctionnement borne de recharge voiture électrique à revoir. Nettoyage piscine régulier mais sans que l'on soit prévenu.

Very spacious and private villa nestled amongst the property of other villas …. Central bar offering some food and drinks was an unexpected find, host was exceptionally gracious and hospitable. With access to many great tourist spots in short proximity we could have stayed much longer than 2 nights but we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Kitchen well equipped with huge family fridge including ice and water dispenser was a plus, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 bathrooms and private pool/garden area - linens all provided however no hand soap or shower soap/gel provided and a complimentary amount of coffee/tea at least for the first morning would be helpful (we arrived in the evening and nearest shops were not super close)
