Located on the heights of Toulouse (3km), discover the Villa Occitanie, labeled 4 ears Gîtes de France. Nestled on an exceptional natural site, the property extends over an area of 2 hectares.
The unique facilities and the level of services will make your stay unforgettable, whether for a family reunion, or for a bachelorette party for example.
The maximum capacity of the villa is 15 people (possibility of renting a second cottage on the property to increase the capacity to 23 people). Your 4-legged companions are accepted with a few instructions (presence of a farmyard and goats that will delight your children, fresh eggs at the key!).
Share unique moments in the Spa de Nage: an extraordinary jacuzzi heated to 32° (from April 1st) just for you accessible whatever the weather conditions! Or in the large swimming pool open from April 1st! Enjoy its "bubble" like a solarium.
The Villa offers you:
> 8 spacious and bright rooms, carefully furnished with personalized decoration. Each with its own private bathroom. Top quality double beds 160×200, 180x200, 90x200.

The host Fredrick was fantastic, the flat we rented , was plenty big enough for us four friends. The facilities included a swimming pool and jacuzzi on site seconds from our door. Were used amply by us all. It was a stunning area to visit well worth going. Thank you

The five weeks we spent at Carpe Diem were lovely. We stayed in the Villa, a well-equiped 2 bedrooms apartment with kitchen, living room and private porch and entry. Only 15 minutes from Toulouse, Carpe Diem is in a rural setting with walking trails and wonderful views of the Pyrenees. The hot tub-spa, large swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and terraces makes for some lovely days at Carpe Diem. Its location offers many day trip opportunities, including outdoor markets most days of the week Frédéric, our host, was welcoming, gracious, and eager to make our stay enjoyable. We already have made plans to return next Spring!

"Our familiy stayed there in October 2011 and enjoyed it very much. The house, the equipment and the surrounding are beautiful, the fotos give a good impression of all. Frédéric is very friendly and helpful and he brought us a wonderful bread every morning.
