About this house rental
Two character group lodgings classified 4 ears Gîtes de France, located in the heart of the South West in Occitanie, close to TOULOUSE, MONTAUBAN and at the gates of the GERS.
An old farmhouse:
A first group Gite "L'Etable" with inside 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms are furnished with the greatest care: bright and personalized. This large cottage with its American-style kitchen and large bay window overlooking the meadows offers comfort and conviviality. In "le Chai" there is a PRM double room with complete bathroom facilities. A capacity to accommodate up to 23 people on this first cottage.
A second group gite "Les Granges" renovated in 2024, inside 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, with its large living spaces, modern and bright, it nevertheless retains the charm of the Granges of our countryside. A large living room with open kitchen, a lounge and music area. A small, fully equipped studio with PMR bedroom on the ground floor. A total capacity for this cottage of 26 people.
The entire Estate can accommodate up to 55 people in 2 group gîtes (17 rooms) and 1 6-person yurt in its garden with full toilet facilities outside. It can be privatized from 14 rooms (40 people). The rate indicated is for 17 rooms (49 people), on request we give you the rate for 14 rooms and the supplement for the yurt.
All around the large heated swimming pool (in season), fenced to standards: deckchairs, deck chairs and parasols await you. A playground with swing and sandbox for children and a pétanque court for adults. A second covered and heated swimming pool, adjoining the Gite "Les Granges", is open all year round.
These high-end Gîtes suitable for groups are located in a quiet area surrounded by nature. You can go on hiking trails on foot or by mountain bike and discover the hilly countryside by following the many marked trails.
On site, a closed and lit leisure area with billiards, table tennis, table football, various games and an exhibition space on rural life in the past (small Museum).

Endroit paisible, tres grand gîte, propre, pratique ( adapté aux PMR et aux enfants).
Pétanque, piscine, baby foot, ping-pong.....

Il n'y a vraiment rien à reprocher au gite : super accueil et grande disponibilité des propriétaires, logement très propre, bonne qualité des matelas, déco instructive ;-), cuisine parfaitement équipée pour les groupes, deux laves-vaisselles, tous les couples avaient une salle de bain privative, des sanitaires un peu partout, des espaces extérieurs divers et joyeux, la grange avec les jeux c'est une super idée : tournoi de ping-pong, boom du soir, ... on s'est amusé et on s'est senti chanceux ! Merci ! Le tout petit bémol : le chemin de petite randonnée qui traverse la propriété mais bon c'est vraiment pour dire quelque chose car nous recommandons ce gite à 100%

Nous avons passé un super séjour à l'occasion des 30 ans de mon mari.
Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et tolérants malgré la proximité avec la gîte et le bruit que nous avons pu faire.
Le gîte est parfait pour passer un super séjour entre amis ou en famille. Nous y retournerons dès la prochaine occasion.

Le gite est particulièrement adapté aux réunions de famille ou d'amis. Tout est pensé pour que chacun se sente bien. Enfants, couples, grands parents , chacun trouve sa place. Le cadre et les prestations sont REMARQUABLES, et les gestionnaires adorables et efficaces. Une adresse très rare!
