Former Périgourdine farmhouse in the Périgord Noir region, fully restored to create 5 charming gites. Dominant location with views over the Dordogne valley, with hiking trails 28 and 29 "Flânerie au Pays de Fénelon" passing in front of the property. You will be in the heart of the superb Dordogne valley and its castles, and 15 minutes from Sarlat, the soul of the Périgord Noir region. The main house has its own car park, entrance, shaded terrace and private garden with a 4 x 6 m heated swimming pool, which is open in summer. The 4 other adjoining gites have an outdoor courtyard with garden furniture, table tennis and a double barbecue area. At the rear of the property is a large 4,000 m2 area, Le Pré, with car park and shared swimming pool for the gites, and a large beach for parasols and sun loungers. The swimming pool is 5x10m, fully fenced and heated. 5 comfortable semi-detached gites with double beds (160cm or 180cm) and a few single beds. All the gites have access to a shared swimming pool and the main house has its own entrance, garden and private swimming pool.
