This wonderful one-bedroom annexe is ideally located in the beautiful seaside resort of Sandown. There is so much to explore on the Isle of Wight and this makes for a great base. Enjoy days out at the beach, play a round of golf at the Sandown and Shanklin Golf Club, learn about the island's former residents at Dinosaur Isle or head to Brading Roman Villa or the National Trust's Bembridge Fort for some more recent history (all within 3 miles). Other novel attractions include the Garlic Farm Shop and Cafe (5 miles), Amazon World Zoo (3.5 miles) and Adgestone Vineyard (2.6 miles). There are plenty of walking and cycling routes for the adventurous and active, or if you are more of a water sports enthusiast, head on down to Sandown Beach where there is an array of activities to choose from.


Enter this quirky annexe into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and two ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. In the dining area there is a table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy a lovely evening meal or a spot of breakfast in preparation for a busy day. Curl up in front of the Smart TV in the lounge area and relax after a full-on day out exploring, or simply enjoy the views of the garden through the patio doors. Head on through the double doors at the back of the lounge where you will find the sauna, a wonderful holiday treat. The bedroom offers a double bed and small Smart TV and benefits from two sets of patio doors for additional access out to the garden. The bathroom with shower over a whirlpool bath and WC complete this property. The annexe is located beneath the owners own home, although privacy is assured.


The annexe offers use of the gravelled patio area with outdoor table and chairs to enjoy an al fresco dining experience, with private use of the lawned area to the front of the annexe. There is a garden room with corner sofa, drinks fridge, books, multi games table featuring air hockey, table football, pool, chess and mini skittles and a safety dartboard. It's the ideal space for relaxing and watching the wildlife or having great fun playing one of the many games. There is allocated parking for 1 car on the drive.
