Clean and parking onsite an advantage

Great location for our work. New, modern property which was well equipped.

Considering how new it is the build quality is not so good but this didn’t affect our stay. The showers were also very sensitive.

Location was great property was a lovely size. Nice to have some washing capsules, dishwasher tablets and tea, coffee and dried milk

The crockery and utensils were not clean so had to wash them again, think the dishwasher needed cleaning as noticed that was not rinsing well. Beds were quite hard but that would suit some people, the en-suite shower was hard to adjust the temperature and so we had extremely hot showers and we couldn’t get the temperature down. We were only there a few days so didn’t report but I’m sure if we did they would have sorted. We were spoilt in the summer as we stayed at number 5 and that was superior due to the attention to detail for holiday makers with little perks in The house. However this is a lovely house too!

Decent location, property a good size.

Customer service was awful. We had an absolute nightmare just trying to get any response to our queries before going, constantly chasing and going round in circles with Skyes who then just eventually said each time that the host hadn't replied.
