This beautifully presented townhouse boasts a fantastic central location in the popular Cold Bath Road area of Harrogate. It provides the ideal base for families, couples and professionals to visit this wonderful spa town. With a wealth of shops, cafes and bars just around the corner, park your car at the front of the property and set off exploring on foot. Popular attractions such as Valley and Harlow Carr Gardens, the Convention Centre and The Royal Pump Room Museum can all be reached within a 10-minute stroll. For those wanting to explore further afield, the stunning countryside of Nidderdale AONB and the Yorkshire Dales National Park is just 7 miles away. Visit the impressive formations at Brimham Rocks or the ruins of Fountains Abbey, both 12 miles.
Step through the entrance of this spacious townhouse into the welcoming hallway which leads to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner.
