Beach lovers will be spoilt for choice with Croyde, Woolacombe and Saunton all within 15 miles. Or visit the pretty beach of Watermouth Harbour (1 mile). Other attractions include the ancient Cliff Railway at Lynton and Lynmouth (15 miles), Exmoor Zoo (10 miles), Watermouth Castle (1.5 miles) and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (3.5 miles).

This room has superb views across the garden and out to sea. A formal dining table allows for sociable family meals, with easy access to the kitchen. Leading on is a snug lounge with wood burner, sofa bed, Smart TV and a selection of books, games and puzzles. The first of the property’s four bedrooms can be found via this snug room and consists of a king-size bed with underfloor heating and panoramic views. A shower room with WC is just off the snug. Heading on up the stairs, the remaining three bedrooms can be found, comprising one further king-size and two twin rooms, both of which benefit from ensuite shower rooms and WC. A family bathroom completes the accommodation with a bath, separate shower and WC.Outside, there is an attached garage which has been made into a games room with pool table and air hockey/fussball table - great fun for adults as well as kids. A large, enclosed, lawned garden is a great space for garden games. There is a pond at one side of the lawn, with a safety net, (children and pets must be supervised).
