Nestled amid 40 acres of stunning countryside and woodland with viewing platforms where you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic scenery in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with the immediate location offering excellent walking, biking and hiking routes. Just 1.5 miles from the pretty village of Abernyte with bistro café and antique centre and within 14 miles of the cities of Perth and Dundee with their range of leisure and shopping facilities. Visit the fascinating V&A museum, Camperdown Wildlife Centre, splendid Scone Palace and magnificent Glamis Castle, or enjoy a day out at Perth Races. Fishermen can enjoy the nearby River Tay (10 miles), renowned for trout and salmon fishing. Golfers are spoilt for choice with Carnoustie, St Andrews and Gleneagles within 30 miles.

Guests are welcomed to explore the 40 acres of woodland and countryside through the established tracks with viewing platforms or meet the characterful pet sheep.
