Not the luxury we paid for

The lodge looked beautiful on paper could have been nice if it was up to the standard that was advertised. The play park was good for the children. Unfortunately we booked the lodge for the hot tub unfortunately it was not cleaned after the last clients and the inside of the property was exactly the same. I appreciate they were busy but

Dirty hot tub, dirty lodge, lack of cutlery, staff saying they would speak to us or get the management to contact us and they didn’t. WiFi didn’t work so we couldn’t use the television. A bit of a disaster all round.

Clean and comfortable. Hot tub was fun.

Poor wifi. Expected more for £450 a night. Providing exactly x2 dishwasher tablets for 2 nights was a bit skimpy.

Not luxury. No WiFi. No hot tubs

Location was okay. Good play park if you have kids

No hot tub as described. No wifi as described. When you arrive there is a book inside the lodge telling you no WiFi. No 4G or 5G. States no noise after 930 or events but had a wedding on with extremely loud musics until 12am. Could be heard 200meters away. Lodges are not soundproof as advertised. Staff unhelpful. Only 3 sets of cutlery in a lodge for 4, advised staff and it never got resolved. Three plastic cups in the lodge only and they were so worn and dirty. The plates and bowls were all chipped. No parking at your lodge, you need to park at reception and walk to lodge. No outside lights. They came on at 1140pm. Pointless. Nothing luxury about it.

Loved the location and quirkiness of the resort. Lodges were lovely

We had booked a lodge and were upgraded so that was amazing but the high chair and crib were not in our lodge when we arrived, the hot tub was brand new so maybe teething problems and settling period but for the second day the tub did not rise above 36 degrees, we did message the it of hours number but did not get any response or help

Great stay and very nice lodge

Really beautiful, clean lodge. Very spacious bathrooms and rooms. Very quiet and the hot tub was a big bonus for our trip

As it was a self-service lodge, a larger fridge might have been more useful to save trips to the grocery store. Also, a bathtub in the main bathroom without a shower handset is not that great when multiple people are sharing

Beautiful luxury lodges that were fully equipped and very clean.

We booked a Luxury Spa Lodge and a Family Lodge. They were both lovely and exactly what we were looking for. They were very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The restaurant/bar was not opened during our stay.

Spacious, well appointed lodges in lovely surroundings

Lovely peaceful site in beautiful surroundings. Warm, comfortable, spacious & well equipped lodges with the added benefit of a covered jacuzzi spa bath. Amanda was friendly, helpful and very easy to contact with any queries. Furnished to a very high standard and good sized bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great stay and pleasant workers, will 100% be back in the future.

Cabin was clean and had all the things we needed to get by. We were all surprised when we walked out to find out there was a hot tub.

The wifi wasnt the greatest and didnt allow us to use netflix on the tv at night but it wasnt the end of the world

I was lovely location and lodge but if you have children I would say consider something else.

The property was clean and tidy did need more pillows only one for each person. The facilities were shut for a wedding which never seemed to take place on our visit.

Not child friendly kids were out playing told to be careful with ball. No kids area at all.
