Make your way into the splendid, single-storey abode via the stone steps or ramp and find yourselves in a spacious hall leading to the rest of the breathtaking accommodation. Creatively arranged in a U-shaped design, every inch of the interior here has been carefully considered and finished to an exceptional standard. Spend quality time together in the magnificent, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, where you can take in the far-reaching views through the expansive windows and settle on the stylish L-shaped sofa to chat and pass the time of day together. Light the dual-aspect wood burner during the colder months then relax in its glow from either the lounge or dining area. Take turns preparing delicious meals in the stylish kitchen area or treat yourselves and arrange with the owners for a private chef to take over for a night. Guests seeking some quiet time or a movie night together might like to retreat to the separate snug with its Smart TV. Close by, there’s a huge cloakroom/utility area, where you can leave your outdoor jackets and shoes, and an additional WC. The bedroom sections of the house are just as beautifully conceived as the living spaces. Stroll through corridors with floor-to-ceiling windows to discover the luxurious super-king-size bedrooms, which can all be set up as twin rooms by prior arrangement. Each of these offer either an en-suite wet room or a bathroom with a free-standing bath and walk-in shower. The bedroom with the wet room has been designed to suit guests with limited mobility.
Amble out into the Scottish sunshine on fine summer days. Dine out on the patio in the courtyard or play games with the children on the lawn. Pop open a bottle of wine and lounge in the hot tub with a glass in your hand. There is private, off-road parking at the lodge for six cars.
