The town of Tynemouth is within easy reach, offering independent shops, art galleries, restaurants, and cafes. For those wanting a more cosmopolitan experience, Newcastle is accessible via the Metro, providing an excellent selection of shops, eateries, and entertainment venues. With accommodation for up to 10 and space for two dogs, this spacious seaside holiday home offers the ideal base for exploring Northumberland's coastline.
The bright and spacious interior spans three floors, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout. On the first floor, the large kitchen/diner is equipped with a double electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. The dining area features a large table seating 10 plus a breakfast table for four, perfect for family meals. Adjacent is the cosy lounge with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, Bluetooth speakers, and a feature fireplace. The property offers five king-size bedrooms (four can be converted to twins upon request), each with a TV with Netflix access. Two bedrooms boast en-suite facilities – one with a shower room on the first floor and another with a bathroom with overhead shower on the second floor. Two additional second-floor bedrooms share a family bathroom with overhead shower, while the first floor features a separate cloakroom.
The ground floor entrance includes a practical porch, ideal for storing walking gear, bikes, and surfboards. The holiday home benefits from off-road parking for two cars.
