About this cottage rental
This property has a beach nearby which is ideal for long walks, fishing and sandcastle building - buckets & spades are a must for the children! A variety of amenities including a pub, shops, takeaway and a choice of cafes are also within walking distance and perfect for guests of all ages. Visit the nearby market town of North Walsham which offers a variety of shops. For a relaxing day why not hire a boat at Stalham where you can cruise on the stunning waterways of the Norfolk Broads and stop off at one of the many riverside pubs for a nice meal or a drink or two. Great Yarmouth, Cromer and Sheringham offer a larger array of traditional seaside fun with piers, amusements, restaurants and independent shops.
Enter the property and into the lounge/diner where you can relax on the sofa in front of the open-fire and watch a film on the Smart TV with Netflix or play a game from the box of activities provided for children. In the dining area is a table and chairs perfect for those evenings at home with a meal. Go through the lounge and into small hallway and then through into the kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, air fryer, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. Also from the hallway is a separate WC. Head upstairs to the first floor where you will find two double bedrooms with a feature fireplace in one. Also on this floor is the bathroom with hand-held shower over bath and WC.
To the front of the property is a garden with a rattan garden sofa and table and to the rear is a further garden with bistro table and two chairs. Off-road parking for two cars to the front of the property.
