Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds, 16" TV, DVD Player
Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Enclosed decked verandah with outdoor furniture. Landscaped grounds (shared). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Located on the North Norfolk coastline, just a short walk from the amazing sandy beach at Bacton, this semi-detached chalet is located in a private park with a lovely wrap-around decked verandah with outdoor furniture. Commanding an uninterrupted sea view, the verandah offers a great opportunity to simply sit back and relax. There is a large communal grassland to the front of the chalet, which will provide plenty of space for family fun. The village of Bacton offers a children’s play area, lovely walks, two pubs with restaurants, a fish and chip shop, a café, ice cream parlour. Bacton Woods is also a great place for a picnic and dog walking trails.
The traditional seaside resorts of Cromer, 13 miles, and Sheringham, 17 miles, provide a great day out for all the family. Sea fishing is available at Bacton Beach, so be sure to bring your sea fishing rod. Wroxham, 13 miles and known as the capital of the Norfolk Broads, has many riverside restaurants, cafés, and shops. The waterways are best explored by boat and are rich in birdlife and wildlife. Daily river trips and boat hire are available. BeWILDerwood at Horning is an outdoor adventure park, a perfect place for children to burn off some energy, and the Dinosaur Park at Lenwade offers both in and outside fun, as well as a splash park on warm days. Avid gardeners will enjoy The Old Vicarage Gardens at East Runton and National Trust Sheringham Park, and for keen golfers, the Royal Cromer and Mundesley golf courses will not disappoint. Other National Trust properties include Felbrigg and Blickling Hall, alternatively, spend a day at Horsey Beach where between December and February visitors can enjoy the chance to spot hundreds of grey seals and pups along the shoreline. The city of Norwich is just over 20 miles away and provides excellent shopping malls, market squares, theatres, cinema complexes, museums, and many pubs and restaurants. Beach 70 yards. Shop and restaurant ¾ mile, pub 1 mile.

Lovely holiday chalet in a quiet location and a stones throw from the beautiful beach. The welcome packs are greatly appreciated, so you can have a cuppa and biscuit as soon as you arrive, and then wash up with the cleaning supplies provided! Ideally placed for visiting Wroxham and Norwich as well as the coast. The only minor negatives are the worn sofa that you sink into and the unmade road to get to the site. But these wouldn’t put us off stopping again.

Chalet situated in excellent position with beaches approximately 4 minutes away. Lovely walks too. Del was very helpful and rang to see how we were. Sorted out a bird’s nest outside which was inconveniently placed and left us a shower mat which we asked for as we’re both non visually disabled. Found the chalet clean and orderly & everything there for your needs. The only thing missing was a washing machine. Weather was superb for the week, trip on the Broads was excellent. Lots to do & see in Norfolk. All being well we shall visit again.

Sorry to see no washing machine present. Extract fan to bathroom not working, nor was bedroom TV.Otherwise, in good position and acceptable.

The only down side is the road - Mill Lane - full of pot holes - difficult driving
