Welcome to Eden Residential I, an elegant and comfortable 3-bedroom townhouse in the exclusive Eden community of Mijas, perfect for families, couples, remote workers and friends who wish to enjoy the Costa del Sol.



The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and is intelligently distributed over two floors. On the main floor, you will find a bright open-plan living room, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a small bathroom, and a spacious furnished balcony for relaxing breakfasts, sunset drinks, or simply enjoying the Mediterranean climate.



On the ground floor, the three bedrooms have direct access to the private terrace and garden area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. A shared family bathroom serves this floor.



One of the highlights of the property is the large outdoor terrace with comfortable seating and a gas barbecue, making it the perfect place to dine with family and friends. Guests can use the barbecue during their stay. We only ask that it be cleaned before departure to avoid additional cleaning charges.



The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, and all the necessary kitchenware and crockery to prepare meals at home.



For year-round comfort, the property features integrated air conditioning and underfloor heating/cooling throughout the house. There is also high-speed Wi-Fi connection and international television channels available free of charge.



Parking couldn't be easier. You can drive directly to the property and park in your private parking space located right next to the front door, making arrivals and departures especially convenient.



The house is located within a gated residential community, providing guests with a greater sense of privacy and security during their stay.



Guests can enjoy the beautiful communal swimming pool (open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.), located just a short walk away and offering fantastic views of the surrounding area.



One of the most attractive features of the property is its excellent location. The beach can be reached in approximately 200 metres through a convenient pedestrian tunnel, which makes it easy and safe to enjoy the coast without needing to drive.



As part of the Eden community, guests also have access to additional resort-style facilities, including a gym, spa and co-working space. These amenities are located in a separate building within the resort, approximately 1-2 minutes' drive from the house. Access can be arranged upon request prior to arrival, so please let us know in advance if you wish to use these facilities during your stay.

• Excessive noise and disturbances to neighbours are not permitted, especially during rest hours.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property.

• The minimum age to book is 28 years.

• This property is located in a quiet residential community and is intended for families, couples, and guests looking for a relaxing stay. It is not suitable for groups planning celebrations, parties, or loud social gatherings.

• Any breach of the community rules may result in the reservation being terminated without refund.



Please note this is a self-catering house. We provide a small welcome pack with still and sparkling water, a basic kitchen starter set for your first night, and travel-size bathroom set. Any additional food items or pantry essentials (such as coffee capsules, salt, oil, sugar, or spices) are not included and their availability cannot be 100% guaranteed.
