About this villa rental
Bright, modern, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, luxury villa, making this a very light and spacious contemporary style villa, which has been built on one level, in an elevated position, situated on the outskirts of La Cala ( 2 km)
Plenty of local restaurants only a short walk away at Playa Marina. (which include a local superarket)
Large kitchen, very well equipped, with all kitchen equipment, utensils, including, dishwasher and washing machine, plus breakfast table.
Open style lounge, with two large sofas and dining room, seating up to 10, with several patio doors leading on to various terraces with extra large swimming pool. In the lounge area there is a large TV with Most tv channels, including Fibre Optic internet connection, which is free of charge, There are plenty of sun beds surrounding the terraces. Outside dining tables and chairs for Al fresco dining situated by the BBQ, Garden sofas, and arm chairs, on covered terrace. Another large round dining table with 6 chairs under another covered terrace, to sit and relax when you have had just a little bit too much sun.
The extra large pool is 10 x 5 and, is surrounded by terraces which get the sun all day, with views to the sea.
Several more covered terrace areas for those who may wish a bit of shade.
Spacious bedrooms, master bedroom having queen size bed with ensuite bathroom with bath and shower overhead.
Two twin bedrooms, plus one main bathroom with bath and shower overhead.
The only steps are at the main entrance gate, where you enter the villa,
The villa is in the El Chaparral area, and only a few hundred yards walk to the many beaches, which are all safe for children. There are several small coves ideal for snorkelling, plus several sandy bays, all within easy walking distance.
La Cala, 2 km, is only a couple,of minutes by car or a taxi costs about 9 eu,ros.
Local bus runs every half hour at bottom of road.
La Cala village has loads to do. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, to suit everyone's tastes and budgets.
4 supermarkets, including Lidl and Aldi.
Local market, twice weekly
There is also the cafe/ bistro ( Frog & Co.) at top of road (150 meters)
This villa gives you the best of both worlds, far enough to enjoy the peaceful surroundings without being disturbed and yet close to all amenities.
TO MAKE A BOOKING. if you feel the Home Away initial booking deposit of 25% is too much to pay in advance, we can arrange for this to be reduced, please just contact us
There is also £500 refundable security deposit paid either on arrival or transferred a few days before.
After the villa is checked, this is refunded back to you immediately

Large villa, kitchen was well equipped with plates, utensils, glasses and cooking trays. Heating was adiquate and water pressure was good. We had an enjoyable stay even though the weather was a little hit and miss due to winter storms.

Our stay was nothing short of magical. We spend 2 wonderful weeks there and every moment was a delight. Our highlight was the stunning outdoor space with the pool.The hosts were incredibly accommodating and provided us with local recommendations. Their thoughtfulness truly made a difference.Thanks again for having us, we will come back :)

No problems with renting. Too far out of the centre of La Cala and dangerous walking along the side of the Carraterra! It should be made clear it is a residential area and so we would not stay there again.
