Discover this spectacular villa in Playa del Chaparral, perfect for a family holiday on the Costa del Sol. With direct access to the sea, a spacious 80 m² terrace and a private garden and pool with impressive views, this accommodation invites you to enjoy every moment surrounded by nature and comfort. The fenced plot offers space to park two vehicles, a highly valued luxury in the area.
Imagine waking up to the relaxing sound of waves and taking a morning bath on the beach just 10 metres away. The property's orientation ensures sunshine in the morning and cool shade on the porch from midday, ideal for relaxing. Additionally, the villa is completely soundproofed, ensuring total tranquillity. For those who prefer to explore, nearby public transport makes visits to Fuengirola, Torremolinos and Málaga easy.
The ground floor, the only area available to guests, has a reception area that leads to two bedrooms: one with two single beds and another with a single bed, both with exterior windows and sufficient space for luggage. Moving forward, you will find a bathroom with a shower and an independent kitchen equipped with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and more, to prepare your meals with total comfort.
The living-dining room, decorated with a contemporary style, is the heart of the home. Here you can gather on cosy sofas or enjoy sea views from the dining table. From the living room you access two more bedrooms with double beds and a spacious bathroom with a shower between them, ideal for accommodating up to 7 people.
For sea lovers, the villa offers a paddle surf board so you can take advantage of marine conditions (use under guest's responsibility).
This villa of 170 m² is located on the beachfront, steps away from fine sand and rocky coves, with multiple leisure options and services very close by: restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses, water parks and natural areas to explore. The property has air conditioning and heat pump heating, wifi, washing machine, dryer, alarm and outdoor parking.

The house was really beautiful, well-equipped, clean, and perfect for our holiday with friends. We really enjoyed our stay. The beach is really clean and quite private, the pool is lovely and the deck chairs are great for lounging in the sun. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, the bathrooms were super clean, and the rooms were really spacious. Also great that there was a washing machine for us. And not too far from the closest town (supermarket, restaurants, bars, little shops, everything you need!). Special thank you to Julia who was very welcoming and responsive to all our questions. Gracias por todos!
Only thing is to stock more toilet paper and kitchen paper for cleaning - it runs out quickly with a big group of people!

Perfect Trip, wonderful location - maybe only except for the fact that the accomodation didn't provide any kind of sun cover whatsoever (umbrellas, awnings, etc)...

The location of this place is superb as it's only a 30 minute drive from Malaga airport a and within walking distance from the nearby town. We thoroughly enjoyed sea views and direct access to the beach. The children enjoyed running in a large garden. The outdoor dining area is very comfortable as there's a sink, fridge and a large table to have meals while taking in sea views.
Baby cot and feeding chair are of great assistance to families with small kids.
When we arrived there were lots of ants in the kitchen. This was resolved after a couple of days of our stay once we have talked to Diego. You may want to place the poison before new guests arrive so they don't experience this inconvenience.
The shower in the master bathroom was clogged and we had to clean it ourselves so it wouldn't overflow.

Beautiful spacious house with sea views and direct access to the beach. Close to Marbella and Malaga for evenings out. Hosts from agency are super friendly and helpful before and during check in time. The house is super clean and on the best spot on the beach. Will return as soon as we can!
