This modern, four bedroom townhouse is located in the newly built complex of Cala Serena Village in La Cala de Mijas. The secure gated complex offers a communal pool, gym, spa and communal area. The town and beach of La Cala are located 1km away from the complex. La Noria Golf course and restaurant is just 600m away and there are two large supermarkets within a 500m distance. The house benefits from a parking space underneath the house, electric shutters in the lounge & bedrooms, free WIFI and hot and cold vented aircon throughout.
This tastefully furnished house is arranged over three levels and benefits from a large open plan living space on the ground floor. The kitchen is well equipped. The dining area will seat up to eight people and the lounge area is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, two armchairs and a 55" smart TV. Access the partly covered terrace and garden from the living room to find dining and lounge seating areas, a gas BBQ, a parasol and an Astroturf lawn. There is also a WC on this level.
