Derwentwater is only 0.6 miles away, take a leisurely stroll along the lakeshore, rent a boat, or even go on a cruise to enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding fells. Pack your hiking boots and ascend the nearby Wainwrights Latrigg (1.5 miles), Catbells (4 miles) and Skiddaw (5 miles). The popular Lake District towns of Grasmere, Ambleside and Windermere are also within 21 miles.
