The gently lapping shores of Derwentwater are a pleasure to explore on foot, or hop onboard a launch from the marina 1.5 miles away to bask in the majestic scenery. Crazy golf, antique hunting and climbing walls are just a few other attractions available in the local area, but if you are feeling adventurous, the North Lakes beckon for bracing walks and cycles across its rugged landscape.
Tucked in a peaceful cul-de-sac, this charming bungalow is reached via a paved driveway and surrounded by a country cottage garden. Inside is homely and stylishly styled, featuring a spacious lounge with sofas for evenings in. There’s a contemporary kitchen with an electric cooker and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave, and you can enjoy breakfast, light snacks and simple suppers at the dining table that’s situated in the lounge. At bedtime, your sleeping accommodation features a double bed and there is a shower room with a large and spacious shower and WC.
