Within a few minutes' walk you will find some of Madrid's most emblematic places, such as Plaza Mayor, Mercado de San Miguel, Palacio Real, Puerta del Sol and Madrid Río.
The neighbourhood stands out for its lively squares, terraces, traditional restaurants, markets, cafés and an excellent selection of tapas bars. The location has excellent public transport connections, with several metro stations and bus lines very close by, facilitating access to any point in the city.

The studio features a comfortable double bed that provides a cosy space for rest, integrated harmoniously within the accommodation and accompanied by current and warm décor.
It has a complete bathroom with a spacious shower tray and modern finishes, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and likewise, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out at the end of October, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
Things to note
Important: This apartment is offered exclusively for seasonal lettings, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Lettings Act (LAU). Upon arrival, all guests must sign the corresponding seasonal letting contract.
Mandatory online check-in: In compliance with current regulations, it will be necessary to complete the online check-in process through the Mit House app or webapp before arrival. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to collect the data required by the competent authorities. A mobile phone with internet connection will be essential to access the accommodation.
Deposit: For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which will be refunded at the end of the stay, once it has been verified that the accommodation is in the same condition as it was handed over.
Cohabitation and rest: In order to guarantee the rest of neighbours and appropriate cohabitation, the apartment may have a noise level monitoring system active 24 hours a day. This system does not record conversations or images; it only detects high noise levels. Guests must respect cohabitation rules and rest times at all times.
Before arrival: We ask you to contact our team at least 48 hours before your arrival date and follow the instructions provided to complete the pre-check-in process. Grupo BizTrip is not responsible for any delays in accessing the apartment resulting from not having completed this procedure in advance.
Apartment access: this apartment is located within the area known as MADRID CENTRAL with restricted vehicle traffic access. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorisation from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Grupo BizTrip is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard
