A cozy one bedroom apartment located in the Cala del Faro residence, nestled among the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub and surrounded by expansive natural spaces. The apartment offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for those who want to spend a vacation close to the sea and nature. The highlight is the charming covered terrace, furnished for outdoor lunches and dinners, from which you can enjoy a pleasant view of the sea.
The entrance leads to the living area, which features a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table; the kitchen is separate and fully equipped. From this area, you can access the terrace with a stunning sea view and an outdoor table. Continuing through the apartment, you’ll find the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the layout of the apartment.

The undisputed capital of the Costa Smeralda, Porto Cervo is an exclusive seaside village built around a cove shaped like a deer, which has become a haven for luxury holidays. In the 1960s, Prince Karim Aga Khan IV, captivated by the beauty of this stretch of coastline, decided to purchase the land in this corner of Gallura and create a paradise for elite international tourism.
