Welcome to our little gem in the heart of the Costa Smeralda: a bright and thoughtfully designed apartment created to make you feel both on holiday and at home from the very first moment.
The apartment is our own property and we also live here during the year, which is why you will find great attention to detail and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
A bright open-space apartment of around 60 m² featuring a cosy living area, Smart TV, and a comfortable double sofa bed. The sleeping area is separated by curtains for added privacy.
Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burners, oven, and large refrigerator, plus a spacious bathroom with shower and bidet.
🌿 Two private terraces make the experience truly special:
– one directly connected to the apartment, offering beautiful open views over Baia Sardinia and the gardens
– one at the entrance, furnished with a relaxing chill-out area, perfect for breakfast or peaceful moments outdoors
🏖️ Beach accessories are also available, so you can enjoy your holiday in total comfort.
🏊♂️ The residence is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, with a swimming pool just a few metres from the apartment. In the evening, you can enjoy the silence, starry skies, and a truly relaxing atmosphere.
🚗 Large parking area only about 20 metres from the entrance, with stunning sunsets over the sea.

– beaches such as Mucchi Bianchi and Battistoni are only a few minutes away
