About this cottage rental
Located on the outskirts of the village of Langtree, the property is conveniently located to explore the North Devon area. Dogs will love exploring on a long walk, join the nearby Tarka Trail, which is also a great choice for cyclists. The North Devon coast is just a short distance away and long stretches of golden sand at Croyde, Saunton and Woolacombe. For a slice of local history, head to the town of Great Torrington, otherwise known as the ‘Cavalier Town’ from the civil war of 1646. Other nearby attractions include the traditional fishing village of Clovelly, Dartington Crystal and RHS Rosemoor.
The accommodation sits in the grounds of the owner’s impressive former coach house but ensures privacy throughout your stay with your own private and enclosed garden. Entering the barn into the galley style kitchen, equipped with everything you need including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Walking on leads you to the spacious lounge/diner with exposed beams and feature fireplace with warming wood burner, relax on the comfy sofas and watch some of your favourite programmes on the Smart TV. The bedrooms are situated at the other end of the barn and consist of a double room with ample storage and TV. The other room is a twin room. The bathroom completes the accommodation, with shower over the bath and WC.
Outside, there is a picturesque patio area with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ. Relax in the sunshine with an evening drink in the enclosed lawn area. Off-road parking available.
