The property is set in a quiet yet well served area, with bars, restaurants, pizzerias, minimarkets, equipped beach clubs, and large free beaches all within walking distance.
The villa s strategic location makes it perfect for visiting some of Sicily s most popular destinations, including Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello with its famous sea stacks, the Zingaro Nature Reserve, San Vito Lo Capo, Erice, Trapani, Palermo, and the ancient ruins of Segesta, allowing guests to enjoy a unique mix of sea, culture, and Sicilian traditions every day.
Villa Colombia offers 3 private parking spaces and is designed with spacious indoor and outdoor areas, making it ideal for couples, groups of friends, and families. On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by a sea view terrace furnished with a table and umbrella, enriched by a beautiful mulberry tree that creates a charming and relaxing atmosphere. At the back of the house there is a comfortable courtyard with a BBQ area and an outdoor shower, also accessible through a side corridor with a security gate.
Inside, the ground floor features a bright open plan living area with kitchen and lounge, fully air conditioned and equipped with a sofa bed available upon request for an eighth guest. On the same floor there is a full bathroom with shower and bidet, one double bedroom, and one bedroom with a small double bed, both air conditioned.
On the first floor, guests can enjoy another furnished sea view terrace, perfect for sunset aperitifs or relaxing evenings with a good book. This floor also includes an air conditioned master bedroom, an air conditioned single bedroom, and a second bathroom.
