The apartment is fully equipped with contemporary furniture and brand-new appliances, designed with comfort and minimalism in mind.
Living Area: A bright, open-plan living room with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and a dining table.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, perfect for brewing your morning espresso or cooking a nice dinner.
Bedroom: A quiet bedroom with a double bed.
Bedroom 2: A little bigger quiet bedroom with a premium double bed and plenty of storage space.
Bathroom: Modern, clean bathroom with a bath and fresh towels.
Commuting to the historic center of Prague is incredibly fast and easy. You are positioned right between two Metro B (yellow line) stations:
Metro Radlická: Just a short, 8 minute easy walk away.
City Center (Anděl / Wenceslas Square): Only 10–12 minutes by metro and you are in the heart of Prague’s main shopping and historical districts.

ARRIVAL FORM FOR YOUR COMFORTABLE STAY
Dear guests, after you reserve your stay at our apartment, we will send you via email, before arrival, online arrival form, to make your arrival into apartment and your stay much more comfortable.
Please answer all information in the online arrival form required by law about you and your group because every host, hotel or accommodation in Czech Republic is obligated to collect these data for government. Thank you so much for helping us to be an honest host.
This data will only be used for the purpose of implementing your rights and will be stored for the necessary time for proving that we have fulfilled our obligations (i.e. for the period that the Office for Personal Data Protection can investigate the fullfilment of the given obligation). The information on the fullfilment of these rights will be stored in the Siesta Extranet system operated by Rentez Agency s.r.o., Company ID No. (IČO): 19605510.

- Cleaning during the stay can be provided at an additional cost.

In case of loss of the keys from the apartment or smoking inside the apartment, we are entitled to the payment of 100 euro for the incurred complications.
When staying in short-term accommodations in Czechia, guests are required to pay a city tax of 50 Kč per person per night. This tax applies to all guests over the age of 18 and is governed by Act No. 565/1990 Sb., on Local Fees.
