Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast
The restaurant was very busy and we couldn’t find a table to sit at, breakfast time was by 10am same time as the checkout which didn’t help when we had to wait for a table to have our breakfast! Changing the checkout time an hour after the breakfast is more convenient for guests.

Our third time staying here, always friendly staff and a very good breakfast.
Good location to nearby sites. Trams and metro are a five minute walk.
Time to change the mattresses I think. Very soft and worn.

A bit of an older boat with some renovations done.

- Bad soundproofing, can hear people stomping around in hallways & upstairs
- Old boat, so doors, bathroom etc are not the best

The staff were very friendly and nice. The breakfast was quite good also. However, the rooms were very cold and not comfortable. It was a first time experience for me to spend nights in a boat hotel. I found it difficult and not comfortable. I was not aware that there was no Tv in the rooms and also could hear the guests in other rooms. I would not recommend this kind of property for families with children.
