Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast
The restaurant was very busy and we couldn’t find a table to sit at, breakfast time was by 10am same time as the checkout which didn’t help when we had to wait for a table to have our breakfast! Changing the checkout time an hour after the breakfast is more convenient for guests.

Our third time staying here, always friendly staff and a very good breakfast.
Good location to nearby sites. Trams and metro are a five minute walk.
Time to change the mattresses I think. Very soft and worn.

A bit of an older boat with some renovations done.

- Bad soundproofing, can hear people stomping around in hallways & upstairs
- Old boat, so doors, bathroom etc are not the best

Fun and quirky hotel however rather dated which in some ways added to the charm. Very good location, short walk to tube or nice walk along river. Bed comfortable and clean. For price and convenience would stay again but with below information in mind.
Room we stayed in needed to be aired, mould in bathroom. Very musky despite us opening windows. Would recommend ear plugs as can hear all movement through hotel and eye mask to sleep as thin curtains letting in all daylights. Struggled to find any reception staff a number of times during stay for queries. At check out around 6 families were stood waiting for receptionist.
