The property is located between the small two villages of Mamhilad and Penperlleni, on the banks of the canal with the renowned market town of Abergavenny just a short drive away. Also, worth exploring are the Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains. The nearby Wye Valley offers year round appeal and with lots of events such as food and book festivals at Crickhowell, Abergavenny, Brecon and Hay-on-Wye, there will always something to do. For the walkers and cyclists amongst you there are some splendid walks right from your door with local paths following along the canal, there is also a little bridge that takes you to the moored boats on the other side of the canal.
Set all on one level, enter this semi-detached property into the welcoming and spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, newly refurbished to suit all your needs. The bright and airy kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with ice compartment.
