Nicely decorated, very spacious for a big family, everything you need for a comfy stay.
The lock on the back door was broken (looked like someone had tried to break in) so we couldn’t lock the door. They sent someone straight round who was very nice but they couldn’t do anything. Later we couldn’t get the hot water to switch on. Twice they said someone was coming to fix it but no one showed up so we couldn’t shower. The tap under the kitchen sink was dripping and they’d put a small tray underneath it but not told us so this over flowed. The toilet door in the upstairs bedroom didn’t close or lock. The rubbish and leaves were all over the driveway which was very untidy.

The room sizes were good. The downstairs kitchen had lots of storage and everything we needed
Some of the beds were a little thin and pillows

Shower seal leaked
Water pressure in CH boiler was too low on arrival
Carpets not fitted to the edges properly a few places
