About this house rental
NEW FOR 2026! Hafan Y Fali is a detached, modern, coastal, self catering bungalow located in a quiet, residential road in Valley, Anglesey.
The property can accommodate up to 5 people plus 1 infant and is also dog friendly (£15 per dog payable to the owner, 4 dogs maximum).
We request a Refundable Guest Deposit of £100 per booking which is payable to the owner in advance of arrival, and returned after check-out provided that there are no significant damages or breaches of our house rules.
Perfect for couples & families looking for a relaxing break, and also in an ideal location for walkers exploring the Anglesey Coastal Path.
Access to the property is self check-in via a coded keysafe.
Our rear garden is fully enclosed.
Bedroom 1 : 1x Queen Size Bed – this room features double french doors which open out into our beautiful garden.
Bedroom 2 : 2x Single Beds
Bedroom 3: 1x Single Bed
Bedlinen & Towels, clothes storage/hanging space & central heating are included in all bedrooms. There is also a hairdryer in each room.
Suitability: You will enter the property via the front porch which has coat hanging space and room to leave footwear. There is a ramp up to the front door followed by a step in. The property is a bungalow so all one one level and we have WiFi throughout. The dining table has 5 chairs.
Open plan kitchen/diner: Our well equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double electric oven and grill, a 4 ring ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, plus all the cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and utensils you would expect to find in any modern family kitchen.
This space is open-plan with the living room.
Living Room: Our living room has seating and a wood burning stove, a 55″ smart TV plus books and board games.
Bathroom: Our bathroom has a WC, Basin, Bath with shower attachment and separate from the bath there is a spacious walk-in shower.
Utility Room: Our utility room is separate from the main house in a converted area of the garage and has a washing machine, storage for vacuum cleaner etc and hanging space for wet-suits. There is also a sink in here, and guests are welcome to store bicycles.
Parking: We have ample off-road parking on two driveways either side of the house, for up to 4 cars.
Outside space: Our well-maintained garden to the rear of the property is enclosed and there is plenty of seating. There is a small area to the front of the house next to the driveway which is open, outside access between the front and rear via the side gate. There is also a spacious garden room with wifi connectivity.
