About this house rental
Come and stay in this beautiful two bedroomed converted church, which is a short five minute stroll from the village centre containing the restaurants, shops and amenities of Rhosneigr and an even shorter walk over the sand dunes to the beach.
New for 2024 we have recently undertaken a full replacement of the bathroom, kitchen and hallway flooring, along with installing traditional radiators throughout the whole of the ground floor to replace the previous under floor heating system.
The property has a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor, off which is accessed the main bathroom and the ground floor bedroom.
The ground floor bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, which is run from a gas fired combi boiler.
The lounge contains two sofa's with a HD TV, Freeview box and a DVD player and a juliet balcony.
The dining table seats six.
The kitchen is well appointed with a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle, along with all of the required pots, pans, plates and cutlery needed for a staycation if you don't want to eat out.
Upstairs and accessed off a spiral staircase is a large open plan bedroom which contains a king sized bed, a single bed and another child's single pirate bed!
Off street parking for two cars is available at the side of the property and further on street parking is available if required.
Fresh bedlinen is provided, however you will need to bring your own bath towels and beach towels.

We’ve just got back from a 2 night stay at Tom’s beautiful house. The property is stunning (the pictures really don’t do the first floor justice!). The pirate bed was a hit with the children, and it’s just so open and airy. Super easy to check in, and Tom was on hand for any issues (only had a small one about the TV which was our fault, but Rom replies straight away!). Amazing views of RAF Valley, you can literally see the runway from upstairs, which was fab.Only comment would be remember to take your own tea/coffee/condiments/towels/loo roll etc which we did, so were fine! Would love to stay again!

A very spacious accommodation. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Really comfortable beds and fresh linen. Spiral staircase leading to a second king size bedroom with 2 children’s single beds and travel cot. Host responded quickly and was easy to book the accommodation. Short stroll to a wonderful beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying at the converted church accommodation.

Lovely property within easy walking distance to beach and local amenities. Didn’t get to try the pirate bed unfortunately. Would definitely book again.

Property was ok just for a mini w/e, few things could be made better and a few things needing attention. Kitchen extractor powers on but fan or light doesn't work-problem when cooking, washing machine built into kitchen unit door hanging off. Bathroom extractor fan not working. Sofa is old and well used, one of the side arm rests collapsed. old tv. Location was good being close to the beach, this property might be ok for some but not really for us.
