📝 POOL/SPA Heat is available for $40 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat to the desired temperature. The pool heater is required to heat the spa and operates as one system. The pool will warm while the spa is off and when the spa is activated, the heater redirects its power to the spa. Please kindly let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation as the technician does apply a $50 service fee if requested to turned on the day of arrival or after.

• Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.

• Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

• A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge. Please note the grill on site is the owner`s personal and nonfunctional. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will be glad to provide you more information for setup.

• Must be at least 25 years old to book.

• Guests are expected to respect the resort`s quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. We reserve the right to remove guests who violate these rules and/or cause disturbances in the community.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, including the patio and screened-in lanai area.

• Gatherings with your group are great, but parties and events are not allowed.

• Please bring any kitchen seasonings/condiments if you plan to cook.

• Pets are not permitted in the home.

• Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip, including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

• We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

• Packages may be shipped directly to the home address. Please arrange deliveries for times when you are home, as we are unable to store or handle packages. If a package is mistakenly addressed to the clubhouse, or if no one is available to receive it, the resort will charge a $20 handling fee, payable at the Front Desk. USPS does not deliver to the property, though Amazon typically delivers directly to the front door. Please kindly note that we cannot accept liability for mail or packages.

• Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

• Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.

• No need to worry if you arrive late; we offer keyless pad entry! Additional details will be provided upon booking.
